Conducted by TCN
Beyond documents, Importer's physical verification is conducted to confirm that the business address, operations, and key personnel are real and active. This eliminates shell companies and ghost entities entirely.

Payment after verification
Admit or decline. Screening runs in two to three working days; admission is confirmed inside a 15–20 day window.

Membership is paid, the record goes live in the directory, and the no-circumvention term begins.
Search any screened overseas provider by company, country or place, and read what they declared at screening before you contact them.

TCN is a dedicated channel where Foreign Logistics Service Providers (Foreign LSPs) and Indian Consignees & Importers (ICI) can connect and work together completely carefree. We bridge the gap between international freight forwarders and Indian cargo owners to facilitate smooth, reliable global trade partnerships.
Our vetting process includes company registration and KYC checks, business documentation, operational details, references, and other relevant background information to ensure a safe, reliable ecosystem for both Foreign LSPs and ICIs.
No. TCN does not act as a payment intermediary. Payments, invoices, and commercial transactions are handled directly between the foreign LSP and the Indian consignee according to their agreed terms. This keeps the commercial relationship direct and transparent between both parties.
If a member fails to honor a contract or operational commitment, TCN's team conducts an immediate review. Non-compliance results in swift account suspension and potential permanent removal from the network to ensure maximum member security for both Foreign LSPs and ICIs.
Membership
Applications are reviewed by TCN. We open the account once screening is complete: no self-registration, and payment comes after verification, not before.
